About me:I have been a fitness enthusiast forever and also choreographed Bollywood numbers for weddings & parties. So finally, after the kids left home, I decided to concentrate on me and got my ACE GFI, Zumba and Bombay Jam certifications. Excited to be putting my two passions together and bring the joy of Indian dance in a (relatively) easier format to a wider audience.

My fitness philosophy:  You got to take care of yourself, don’t expect anyone else to do it for you!!
