A shortened 30-minute class format, still including cardio and toning, just abbreviated to get in a quicker workout.  Open to all, ages 10 and up.

BOMBAY JAM® SENIORS

Our 45-minute class format specially designed for older adults ages 60+.  Keeping all the signature moves and music of Bombay Jam, this format focuses more of safety and strength.
